1. How long has Hospitality Resources been around?

We were established in 1999 and supply to most 4 and 5 star hotels, resorts and restaurants throughout the country.

2. Does Hospitality Resources supply everything a hotel needs?

While we can supply most of the operating equipment items, our area of focus is front of house F&B products (tabletop and buffetware)

3. Are most of your products imported?

Yes, in fact all of our brands are imported from over 15 countries.

4. What is Hospitality Resources USP (Unique Selling Point)

Our biggest USP is our choice of products. From the most basic white chinaware to a Royalty set, from standard cutlery to copper finish Italian designs, from everyday use glasses to multi-colour glassware, we have a wide variety which gives our customers endless choices.

5. What is so special about the brands you represent?

We are the exclusive distributors for most of our key brands which means that we bring them in directly from the factories which assures our customers of the best price, reliable after sales service, continuity in patterns and designs and most importantly on time delivery.

6. Do you have a showroom where one can visit to view the products?

Yes, we do. We have a well-equipped showroom that spans over three floors which makes product selection very convenient.

7. Do you offer Credit terms?

Yes we do but for first time customers we request that they fill in a credit form with the required supporting documents for verification purposes.

8. Do you carry stock?

With over 30 brands in our portfolio and each brand having 1000 SKU’s, it is impossible to carry all items in stock but we do have a 2000sqft warehouse where we stock most basic items like chinaware and glassware.

9. What is your delivery lead time?

For items in stock they can be delivered within 7 days and for non-stock items the delivery is 8-10 weeks.

10. What is the office and showroom hours?

We are open from Monday to Friday 9-6pm and we do request that an appointment is made before you drop by our showroom.
